An outstanding red quartz specimen we bought directly from the miner from Tinejdad, Er Rachidia Province, Meknès-Tafilalet Region, Morocco!

This specimen features a group of finger-sized red quartz crystals that have formed together in this aesthetic arrangement.

The bright red-orange color is caused by inclusions of hematite within the secondary generation of quartz.

The primary generation appears to have been clear quartz, as can be seen on the underside of the specimen.

This large specimen has been a central piece in my home for 5 years.
