Welcome back to the tarot journey friends!  We are exploring the suit of wands in the minor arcana, and we have arrived at the 4 of wands.

The Four of wands tarot card is one of the most joyful cards in the tarot!  It signifies that there is something major to celebrate, perhaps a wedding!

The Four of Wands shows two joyous figures, with a castle behind them, signifying security, and a solid foundation for the rest of the journey.

The Four cards are always stable, solid, and foundational to building anything that will stand the test of time.

The two characters have their feet planted firmly on the ground, surrounded by structure (the 4 wands) and flowering foilage, which symbolize prosperity, fertility and growth.  

This is a card of joyful celebration, and also of coming home in a spiritual sense.  The Fool is surrounded by those she loves, is supported and has a stable life to build her dreams upon.  

The bright yellow sky denotes happiness and warmth.  If you have arrived at the 4 of wands card, you know how meaningful this type of celebration is, whether it is a wedding, a business success, or a fated friendship, when this card appears, you can be sure there is a celebration at hand!
