Welcome back to our hero's journey.  Now that we've met with The Emperor, and gained the structure needed to move forward on our path, we are ready to encounter THE HIEROPHANT.

THE HIEROPHANT guides us towards a connection with the established ways of the world.  The HIEROPHANT is depicted as a religious leader, one who respects the established traditions and encourages us to maintain the status quo.  

THE HIEROPHANT reminds us that the rules and laws of society matter and keep everyone safe.  THE HIEROPHANT is also someone whom you can consult with during times of trouble, or when you need solid advice.  

THE HIEROPHANT plays an important role in our adventure and keeps us level headed, always being the voice of reason.  

When THE HIEROPHANT appears, it is a blessing, because he will offer guidance and practical wisdom.
